My cat was diagnosed with a virus called FIP, its something similar to hepatitis A/B for human.
This news breaks my heart so much that I don't feel like doing anything
Theres no cure for it
This is beyond sadness
I had never thought such thing would happen to my cats. Not even once
The thought that Simba might be infected drives me crazy
I feel guilty for not being able to take care of them and treat them in much better way than I did
This is seriously heartbreaking
Not being able to hear their voices scares me and brings me to tears
This might sound 'poyo gila' but this is how I feel
This is just so sad and disappointing
If only I did better. If only
And the doctor said that my cat is currently fighting really hard and she is bearing all the pain inside
This saddens me
She is so tiny and she bears all the pain
I wish I couldve done more. Really
My endless prayers and thoughts for Sherry

when respect is such a hard thing to do.
So Khalif was born on 30th of dec 2010 at 945. He brings so much joy to the family and will surely enjoy that for the rest of his life, insyaAllah.
I wonder why would people question me whenever I say I wanted to be called 'Aunty Mira' or 'Aunty lang' by Khalif. Really. Why should they make a big deal out of it? My bro is so against that idea and he insisted on his son to call me maklang. Look, heres the thing. I have my very own reasons to why I prefer being called the mentioned titles. Lagipun, its MY TITLE. Come on lahh.
The idea that come to their mind when I wanted to be called the mentioned titles is:
Alahh.kalau dah makcik tuh, makcik la jugak.tak payah nak poyo panggil aunty, same je kot.dah tua tu tua jugak
So heres my stand:
you, yourself, agreed that aunty and makcik means the same, so why bother arguing about that in the first place? Come on. I am not trying to westernise myself. That kind of thinking is so last season you should take the fastest transport back into the millenium as I think you are so much in the period when Malaysia was under colonisers. Please note the sarcasm. Heh. The main reason why I wanted to be called aunty is that, I want Khalif to be able to differentiate his aunties from his mom's side as they preferred to be called with 'makcik'. This is because I find it hard to explain to people whenever I talk about my aunts. I'd have to say maksu sebelah mak or maksu sebelah ayah. Kalau the story is about one single aunty thats fine, but what if I'm telling a story that involves all of the aunts. that would be difficult to tell. Besides, aunty sounds MUCH COOLER than makcik, no offense. I want to be close to Khalif, and I find being called aunty makes us bond better. I have friends who call their aunts like aunty long or aunty 'insert name here' and they seem so close with them. Not that I am not close to my aunts (from my mom's sides of course), but I feel that the word 'makcik' itself carries a huge wall with it and it sets such a high barrier to form a close bond. Thats just my opinion, I dont care if you beg to differ. People are so against 'aunty' because they think that I do not want to maintain or keep the tradition. Let me say this straight, maintaining the tradition does not restrict one from improvising it. I wonder why people are so worked up over this small matter when there are a lot of other things they should look at. Even my mother agreed with the idea of Khalif calling his aunts 'aunty'. Before you say anything, please please please, think and then try to respect other's opinion. I have my own reasons, and all I'm asking is for you to respect that and DEAL WITH IT.
I cant even believe it that I had to write this out to express my anger. Yes, this is a post written out of the anger built. Hahahahaha. People are so annoying when they judge everything you do but can't do the same to that. Tell me, where has the fairness gone to? If you have nothing better to say, just stay silent, or you might regret it for the rest of your life. toodles
