of Islam

If there were to be top 10 rating of people who watch utube, it'd be an easy win for me. Yes. Sangat Tepat. I've been spending my holidays, everyday, with watching youtube, at least 4 hours a day. Hahahahaha. I youtubed on cats, Muslims, amazing discoveries, home-related stuff and others. So today, I wanted to watched about those who embraced Islam and came across this particular video called 'I Am A Muslim'. The thing that caught my eyes and attention wasn't the video, but the comments :

Islam claims to be against idols and yet Muslims are required to face Mecca (i.e. the Kaaba) 5 times per day when praying. Isn't bowing down to the Kaaba a form of idolatry?
Also during the Hajj, isn't kissing the black stone another form of idolatry? It has been determined by scholars that the Hajj rituals were a pagan practice before Muhammad was even born.
How did these pagan rituals make their way into the supposed anti-idolatry Islam? It does not add up.

Quran 2:62 Those who believe in Allah the Jews and the Christians and the SABEANS are saved. Who are the Sabeans?
Sabeans are a Southern Arabian tribe who worship idols during the time of Muhammad. The most important were Alma?ah ("the hearing god"?), Athtar (a protective deity and the male form of "Ashtaroth. Sin (THE PRINCIPAL Chief Allah the moon-god)
The above reference proves Muhammad worship the moon-god called Allah. Why would Sabeans have a reward when they worship a moon?

All I can say is, man, educate yourself first. I pity them for not knowing the truth of the verses and for just taking in consideration the literal meaning of it. Words of Allah are so beautiful and well-selected that readers are required to study careful about it because you can get tons of messages/meaning even through one phrase. If you beg to differ, then prove me wrong. I don't talk for the sake of defending my religion without even knowing the issue. Trust me, I may not be a pro or someone you would regard as an expert, but I know a little bit of everything and I have a solid reason and explanation for it. I won't waste my time explaining, because my principe is, when a person needs and wants an explanation, they wouldn't jump into conclusion and start bashing.

I know its hard for them to understand why Muslims do this and that, and its even harder to explain to them sometimes. But really, bashing? Does it make you feel better? Does it make you sound clever? Cut it off. One conclusion I can make is, these people are taking the literal meaning of the Qur'anic verses and they MISINTERPRET the content of it. Enough said.

I really think people all around the world should be educated with Islamic teaching, the basis of it. Like, why do we pray and do tawaf (circling the ka'abah for 7 times) during umrah or hajj, or even why do Muslims women cover their aurah. This is crucial.

Get yourself educated before you feel like educating others. Your reasons must be solid and not 'fluid' (I just wanted it to rhyme.hehe :D)

I don't care if I'm not making any sense to you, but I've made myself clear. So, go and learn more. The only thing I can help you with is to pray that you will be granted with hidayah. Amin
